This notice explains how we handle personal information under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

We only collect what you type into the "Book a demo" form, directly from you:

• your name
• your company and site
• your e-mail address or WhatsApp number
• your message

Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) to keep the site running and secure. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. Why we use it

To answer your message, arrange a demo and, if you ask, send you a price. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not send you marketing unless you ask for it, and you can stop it at any time.

4. Is it voluntary?

Yes. Without a name and a way to contact you we cannot reply to your request, but nothing else changes if you decide not to send the form. No law requires you to give us this information.

5. Who receives it

• Vercel hosts this website.
• Resend delivers the form message to our inbox by e-mail.
• Our e-mail provider stores the message in our mailbox.

These providers act only on our instructions. Nobody else receives your information unless the law requires it.

6. Information sent outside South Africa

These providers run their systems outside South Africa, for example in the European Union and the United States. We use providers that are bound by data protection terms that give a level of protection similar to POPIA. By sending the form you agree that your message is processed there so that we can reply to you.

7. How we keep it safe

The site and the form use encrypted connections (https). Access to the messages is limited to the people who answer them.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as we are in contact about a demo or a contract, and delete it within two years after the last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

9. Your rights

You may ask us:

• whether we hold information about you, and for a copy of it
• to correct or delete it
• to stop using it (object)

Send your request by WhatsApp or through the contact form. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on it.
